- Invoices payable within 7 days
- Late payments may incur 2% monthly interest
- Work may pause for unpaid invoices
- Payments securely processed via Razorpay
- We never store card or UPI details
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership transfers to the client only after full payment is received.
- Custom code and designs become client property after payment
- Frameworks and third-party tools remain under original licences
- We may showcase completed work in our portfolio
5. Limitation of Liability
- No guarantee of business or advertising results
- No liability for third-party platform changes
- No responsibility for client-provided materials
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid within the previous
three months.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate with 14 days notice
- Completed work must be paid before release
- Immediate termination allowed for non-payment or illegal use
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000. Disputes fall under jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
